Maintenance routines and procedures for external or internal faults.
To summarize the foregoing in other points, the data center has:
Dual transformer station 13.2 / 0.400 kV fed by medium voltage supplied by Edesur
Each substation feeds a different half bar: half bar A, half bar B
Two motor-generator facilities of 2000 kVA with automatic transfer which can be fed either to the half bar A or B
Downstream scheme is repeated for UPS systems, where there is now a UPS working from the half bar A and another working from half bar B to reach doublepower to each one of the rooms of the DC.
Here, there are PDUs which allow the rack level to distribute secured energy
Inside the rooms there are air handling units (Utas) fed by double circuits from the redundant pumps box which takes the cooled water from the chillers and distributes it to all consumption
Both the primary pump box as the secondary box work with a pointed pump and one or two for backup .
The Chillers are two Carrier equipment that have dual liquid cooling circuit. At the same time, in each circuit, compressors are duplicated as well as the maneuver elements in order to be able to operate interchangeably. The current configuration allows each component of each circuit works 24 hours and rotate thus achieving a controlled wear.
The power generators have hot water jacket being permanently at 65 º C which allows a start and transfer in 1 min assuming the existing load of the node. The set of primary tanks and main tank that are part of the fuel system ensures 7 days of uninterrupted travel of the generating equipment
