Knowing the importance  of  the operation we carry on day to day  we  have a Security Operation Center (SOC) that has the latest technology for monitoring and administration.

Our  SOC uses a  suite  of  products  that  enable  the monitoring  of  our  own  systems, as  well  as  monitoring of  customer  systems  and  networks, applying, in cases of necessity,  escalation of incidents and management processes
 

Among the common tasks carried out by the SOC we can highlight:

• Monitoring and status of equipment, rooms, e.g. temperature, humidity, etc.

• Proactive Customer Notices

• Incident Management

• Troubleshooting.

• Coordination with outside suppliers  through SLAs.
