Standard Monthly Weekly Custom Tape Rotation Service
SkyOnline Data Center clients can take advantage of a fundamental tool for protecting all their information, as there are different Back Up service solutions available to all companies that have applications installed in the Internet Data Center. Different Back Up Service modes are offered, so that each client can choose the most appropriate according to his needs.
Offered as part of the Dedicated Hosting and Colocation Services. It includes a Full Weekly backup and a Daily Incremental backup. The protected information is stored for 4 weeks (1 month). The Full Weekly back-up tapes are stored in a Fireproof Safety Box.
Offered as part of the Dedicated Hosting and Colocation Services. It includes a Full (1 - one) Monthly back-up. The protected information is stored for 2 weeks. The Full Monthly back-up tapes are stored in a Fireproof Safety Box.
Offered as part of the Dedicated Hosting and Colocation Services. This mode includes a Full (1 - one) Weekly back-up. The protected information is stored for 4 weeks (1 month). The Full Weekly back-up tapes are stored in a Fireproof Safety Box.
There can be different backup modes or routines not considered in the ones mentioned above. For these cases, SkyOnline has specialists that assess the client’s needs and the service is quoted based on its requirements.
Only offered as part of the Colocation service. The client’s equipment must include a backup device (for example DAT) and he must supply the corresponding tapes. The service includes tape rotation in the client's backup device according to the specified frequency established.
